Matric
Accounting qualification (not a degree)
5 years admin experience in a manufacturing industry
2 years accounts experience
Hands-on experience
Computer literate - Word, Excel
Drivers license and own car

Management of admin staff
Monitoring of stock holding
Loading of Purchase Orders
Valuing of receipts and capturing GRV’s on system
Signing cheques and authorising internet banking payments for branch
Checking and approval of weekly factory payroll
Collecting of overdue debtors payments at management level (including customer visits)
Daily meetings with Production and Branch Manager
Valuation of branch stocks on Monthly basis
Loading of Stock Codes and maintenance of Bills of Material
Review and commentary on first run of monthly management accounts
Loading and preparing costings using information provided by production
