Shandis is looking for an energetic, confident and target-driven Sales and Advertiser Recruitment Intern to help grow our online advertising platform.

The successful candidate will identify potential advertisers, introduce them to the Shandis platform and assist them through the complete registration and profile setup process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential advertisers.
Explain how the Shandis advertising platform works.
Help advertisers register and complete their profiles.
Guide advertisers through photo uploads, profile information and platform requirements.
Follow up with interested advertisers until onboarding is complete.
Ensure that all submitted profiles are genuine, complete and compliant.
Maintain accurate records of advertisers recruited.
Provide basic support to newly registered advertisers.
Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Payment

The intern will earn:
A basic stipend of R2500
**R20 for every new advertiser who is successfully registered, fully onboarded and approved on the platform.
Additional performance bonuses may be awarded for reaching weekly or monthly targets.
Payments will be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Payment applies only to genuine, new and approved advertisers. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or rejected profiles will not qualify for commission.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a smartphone and reliable internet access.
Good communication and people skills.
Comfortable making calls, sending WhatsApp messages and approaching potential advertisers.
Able to work independently and achieve targets.
Honest, professional and respectful.
Basic social media and online platform knowledge.
Previous sales, recruitment, promotions or customer-service experience will be advantageous but is not compulsory.
