Our medical Client, based in the northern suburbs, requires the services of a Finance Clerk who has a commitment to continuous professional development.


Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate and/or valid drivers’ license
Head and shoulders photograph
Computer literate –knowledge of SAP accounting program
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with contactable landline references
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Reliable and dependable
Police Clearance certificate

Key Performance Areas:

Maintain routine and accurate bookkeeping
Ensures timeous processing of monthly invoicing, credit notes and statements
Reconcile Debtors accounts
Collect overdue and outstanding balances – age analysis
Ensure correct account allocations
Maintain and reconcile Cashbook
Purchase orders
Reconcile Creditors accounts and payments
Professional and competent engagement with customers and suppliers for timeous resolution of queries
