Our Client, based in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, urgently requires the services of a professional Quantity Surveyor.
Minimum Requirements

Valid South African driver’s license
BSC /BTech in Quantity Surveying/Construction
Registered with SACQSP
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Costing with CONTACTABLE LANDLINE REFERENCES
Police Clearance Certificate
Key Responsibilities
Cost planning/cost benefit analysis
Value engineering and management
Carry out feasibility studies and risk analysis
Tendering, change control, drafting and dispute resolutions
Projects management
Salary: R55000/month
