To operate effectively as a leader and member of society - specifically in a business context - it is vital to sometimes shift focus from the ‘Big Five”, and consider the less apparent details, as they are just as important. Using examples and lessons from the natural world, we explore the key principles of qualities in humans such as Patience, Relationships, Strategy, Dependency, Communication, Goal-setting, Planning and Succession, that if developed, can add significant value to our personal and professional lives.
