Phoenix Cleancare is a micro business with agency to sell famous and reliable brands of cleaning equipment, janitorial equipment and consumable plus chemicals. We pride ourselves in above expectation service levels and work closely together as a small ‘family’ of conscientious and driven individuals.
Requirements:
Must own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Must be sales driven and have a proven sales record preferably in Cleaning Equipment Industry
Must have cold calling sales experience
Must be computer literate
A persistent self-starter who is self-managed and driven for success
Numerical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Functions and Responsibilities
Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and door to door marketing for new business to grow the client base
Manage, track, and measure your client base
Provide ongoing service and support to the existing and new client base
Developing internal/external relationships with clients.
Continuous building of your client base, hence securing future income.
Always maintaining up to date knowledge of our cleaning services and products
Achieving/Exceeding targets consistently
Providing feedback to management when requested.
Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly.
Attending all weekly and ad-hoc meetings.
Remuneration:
Basic + Fuel + Cell Phone + Commission
