The manufacturer uses three forms of technology. Conduction is used so heat goes straight to the food, convection is used to circulate the heat and Far Infrared radiant heat cooks from the inside out so you’re left with moist food that still contains all the goodness and flavor you want.
Due to the technology used, you can cook food up to 50% faster than in a conventional oven and best of all it saves up to 80% on energy! You can cook just about anything you like from roasts to your favorite vegetables and fish.
